For me, this exciting game is to find the good moments everywhere, to find joy in each moment. Because it is small pleasures and make our mood and attitude towards life. And now I want to share with you my findings that help me to be optimistic in the fall and not to succumb to seasonal depression.

In any case, you should not miss this opportunity to get some positive energy!
Autumn - time dreams. No wonder Alexander Pushkin wrote his best poetry during this period. And the truth is - when it rains outside, it's nice to sit at home in the warm with a Cup of tea and dream, to fantasize, to dream... Inspiration loves these relaxed evening and often comes to light. But to write it is not necessary - you can just close your eyes and imagine the most good and pleasant. Besides, now we all know that thoughts are material. Who knows, maybe this imagination will help to realize the dream?
Autumn hour to transform. This time of year is considered the most favorable sometimes to start a "new life". Because we now have the opportunity to prepare for the entrance in the new year! There was plenty of time, but we should start right now to meet the 2011 updated. And do not need to sit on a rigid diet or to torture yourself exercise in pursuit of an unreachable ideal.
