The cake


The cakeWe will help you to learn how to cook one of the most delicious cakes - flavored cake with butter cream.



Ingredients:



The dough


- 2 eggs


- 1 Cup sugar


- 100 g butter


- 3 tbsp. of honey


- 2 tsp. without top soda


- 3, 5 cups flour





Cream


- 1 tin of condensed milk


- 300 g butter





Method of preparation:


2 eggs mixed with Cup of sugar. In a small saucepan, dissolve on fire 100 g butter. Add eggs, sugar and 3 tbsp. of honey. Put in a water bath




Add 2 tsp. of baking soda (without top! ). Once the water boils, cook for 5 minutes.Add 1, 5 cups flour, stir with a fork or mixer, keep in a water bath for another 7-10 minutes. On the table, pour the slide 2 cups flour. Pour into a slide flour honey a lot. RUB the dough (be careful not to burn your hands). The dough will be stiff as clay. The easiest way to deal with it until the dough is warm. Do not waste your time!


Divide the dough into 5-6 equal parts.




From every part of the roll out the crust, using large dishes smooth cut circles that are placed on each sheet of foil (not oil). Bake each cake for 5-7 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.




Don't throw away the scraps collected them and roll out into a small cake, which is also baked. From oil and cans of condensed milk, beat butter cream.




The first cake spread on a dish, wetted with water, apply a layer of cream, cover with the second crust and so on. The last cake is also daubed cream (don't forget the edges! ).
