the 1st and 14th day

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 250 grams of cabbage and a glass of tomato juice.


Dinner: 250 g fish fillet, steamed with fresh herbs and salad any fresh vegetables: cucumbers, radishes, carrots. Tomatoes to exclude.


the 2nd and 13th days


Breakfast: a Cup of green tea, a few slices of cheese varieties, crackers or dry toast.


Lunch: 250 g boiled fish, salad from raw cabbage with vegetable oil and a Cup of green tea.


Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 250 grams of boiled beef, salad of cucumber or raw cabbage with vegetable oil and a Cup of green tea.


the 3rd and 12th days


Breakfast: a Cup of green tea and 2-3 diet of bread or any biscuit type crackers.


Lunch: large zucchini, stewed or fried slices (instead of it can be boiled or put out the cauliflower or beet), a Cup of green tea and 2 medium-sized Apple.


Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 250 grams of boiled beef, preferably low-fat, salad greens, and any fresh vegetables with oil, a Cup of green tea.


4th and 11th days


Breakfast: a Cup of Japanese green tea and 100 g fat-free cottage cheese.


Lunch: boiled egg, salad of three boiled carrots with vegetable oil and a dessert spoon (15 g) grated low-fat cheese varieties, a Cup of green tea.


Dinner: fruit salad (apples, pre-clearing them from the skin, or citrus), a Cup of green tea.


the 5th and 10th days


Breakfast: a Cup of green tea and 2 slices of toast (or cookies) with a thin layer of jam.


Lunch: large boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice.


Dinner: vegetable salad with diced cheese, better durum, a Cup of green tea.


the 6th and 9th days


Breakfast: a Cup of green tea and 2-3 diet of bread or biscuits.


Lunchhalf a boiled chicken, preferably white meat, salad of raw cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil, a Cup of green tea.


Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, salad of shredded raw carrots with vegetable oil, a Cup of green tea.


the 7th and 8th days


Breakfast: a Cup of green tea, a few slices of low-fat cheese durum, crackers, toast or a small cracker.


Lunch: 250 g of boiled beef, preferably low-fat, vegetables, green tea and fruit.


Dinner: any of those that you have eaten and you especially liked, in addition to dinner 3rd day.


The main rule: during the day you should drink 1 liter of green tea, and moreover, if you want, you can quench your thirst with mineral water, but have in between meals nothing! Vegetables except tomatoes, fruit - grapes and bananas.
