The basic principles of the diet:

Emergency diet before vacation
Day 1
You can eat any meal of white fish, including fish and fish broth.
Day 2
Any vegetables in raw or cooked form. You can drink vegetable juices.
Day 3
Chicken day. You can eat any food made from chicken.
Day 4
On this day, you must go to cereals, seeds and bread with bran. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
Day 5
Cheese day. Advisable to eat cheese, has not been thermally treated. You can drink kefir.
Day 6
Day of fruits. You can eat any fruits and drink fresh fruit juices.
