Ingredients:
For the base:
1 Cup flour
150 g butter
4-5 tablespoons of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
For the filling:
500 g cream cheese (cream cheese)
3 eggs
1 egg (protein)
100 g butter
150 g sugar
1/2 lemon
150 g of cream (35%)
2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
500 g strawberries
red filling for cake 1 package
Method of preparation:
Prepare dough for the basics: flour chop with butter crumbs, add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. Knead elastic dough and shape into a ball, wrap with foil and put in 1 hour in the fridge.
Separate yolks from whites. Oil RUB hot, add the sugar and beat well, add egg yolk, zest and juice of half a lemon.
Cream cheese, mix with cream. Protein shake in the stable foam and spoon, add the curd mixture with starch.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough and place in a lightly greased form and bake the base for about 15 minutes. Then put on top of cottage cheese and bake on the lower level of the oven for 1 hour.
Strawberries wash, drain, cut in halves or slices. Prepare filling as directed on the bag. Berries spread on the cake, pour the slightly cooled filling and allow the filling to set.
