Greek salad


Greek saladOften in salad add bell pepper, rarely capers or anchovies. In English-speaking countries in the Greek salad put lettuce. Replace the feta Greek salad feta cheese. The filling is permissible to add a little vinegar.


The peculiarity of cooking salad, coarsely chopped, not minced vegetables. When making salads Greeks cleaned cucumbers, and not always mix the dish before serving, preferring to do it just before eating.





Ingredients:


3 tomatoes


2 cucumber


1-2 bell peppers


100 g black olives or olive


150-200 grams of feta cheese


1 red onion


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice


olive oil


salt, pepper


oregano




Method of preparation:





Peel onions and cut into thin half-rings. The vegetables coarsely chop and

add to the salad bowl. On top put the onions, olives and chopped

feta cheese. Season the salad with lemon juice, oregano and olive oil,

season with salt and pepper.
