New York cheesecakeThis award-winning dessert from Yulia Vysotskaya literally melts in your mouth and gives an indescribable pleasure to all the sweet tooth.




Ingredients:



900 g of cream cheese
6 eggs


2 egg yolks


200 g of sponge biscuits


150 g brown sugar


120 g butter


100 ml heavy cream


1 tablespoon vanilla extract


2 teaspoons lemon juice





How to make new York cheesecake from Yulia Vysotskaya:


1. The oven to pre-heat to 220°C.


2. 100 g butter to melt.


3. Biscuits blender into flour.


4. A detachable form to smear the remaining butter.


5. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, put in shape, slightly compacted and level.


6. Cheese combine the eggs, sugar, cream, vanilla extract and lemon juice and whisk until smooth.


7. Pour the cheese mass in the crust of the biscuit.


8. Reduce the oven temperature to 120°C and send the cheesecake for an hour and a half.


9. The finished cheesecake to cool, remove from the form. It is best to let it stand in a cool place 5-6 hours.
