Vesennyaya air dietAfter this diet a week balanced diet your body will be cleansed of accumulated winter debris, you will be full of strength and energy, and will drop those extra pounds. Day 1



Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Day 2

Lunch: vegetable stew (1 potato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, a spoonful of beans. All put out sunflower oil, a little salt).

Dinner: a hard-boiled egg, 100 grams of chicken breast + 2 cups of pineapple juice.


Day 3





Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Afternoon tea: steamed corn or oatmeal mixed with two spoons of yogurt.

Lunch: 100 g of bacon with a slice of rye bread, chopped 2 banana + 3 tablespoons of yogurt.

Dinner: mashed potatoes + 2 cups of tomato juice.


Day 4


Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Afternoon tea: steamed corn or oatmeal mixed with two spoons of yogurt.

Lunch: buckwheat (without salt and sugar) yogurt.

Dinner: fruit salad (any kind of fruit, mixed with two spoons of yoghurt) + 2 glasses of pineapple juice. And 8 tablets of activated charcoal.


Day 5-th





Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Afternoon tea: fruit salad + half a Cup of raisins.

Lunch: rice (without salt) + 50 g chicken breast, a Cup of yogurt.

Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 cups of orange juice.



Day 6



Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Afternoon tea: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese + 2 cups of green tea.

Lunch: buckwheat (without salt) + any vegetables and fruits.

Dinner: shredded carrot and Apple with sugar + 2 cups of green tea (without sugar).



Day 7



Breakfast: tea without sugar, a slice of bread with butter (do not overdo it) and a piece of cheese.

Afternoon tea: steamed corn or oatmeal mixed with two spoons of yogurt.

Lunch: vegetable stew (1 potato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, a spoonful of beans. All put out sunflower oil, a little salt).

Dinner: 3 banana + glass of Apple juice.
