Hot sandwiches


Hot sandwichesWith tomatoes and onions



Ingredients:


200 g of bread


2-3 tomatoes


1-2 onions


50 g butter


1 teaspoon prepared mustard 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated cheese


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


salt and freshly ground pepper to taste





Method of preparation:


Slice of rye or wheat bread thin slices, brush with oil mixture with mustard or grated cheese. Put on top of slices or slices of fresh tomatoes, place a layer of chopped grated onion, sprinkle with fine salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in a hot oven.




With marinated fish





Ingredients:


8 slices of bread


100 g butter


fillet marinated fish


4 eggs


100 g cheese


2 tablespoons crumbs of white bread


1 teaspoon tomato puree,


50 g cheese





Method of preparation:


Bread butter. Cheese and cheese grate. Mix the cheese with the egg yolks and crumbs of white bread. This mixture is spread on bread. Put fish fillets and tomato puree. Sandwiches bake in the oven. Ready-made sandwiches, sprinkle with grated cheese.




Cheese





Ingredients:


100 g butter


150 g grated cheese


1 pickled cucumber


red pepper





Method of preparation:


Stir until soft butter or margarine with grated cheese. Fill weight crushed red pepper, add finely chopped peeled pickled cucumber. Prepared slices of bread lightly dip one side into the water, spread on the dry side of the resulting mixture, place on sheet and bake in very hot oven. Serve hot to the broth or vegetable soup.
