Pear, boiled in wine

Pear, boiled in winePear can be a great dessert not only raw, but cooked... in wine.

Ingredients:

- 1 pear

- 200 ml red wine

- 400 ml water

- 1 stick cinnamon

- anise

- orange peel

- 2 tablespoons sugar

Method of preparation:

Peeled peeled pear (but with a peduncle) boil on a slow fire in a mixture of wine and water with cinnamon, star anise and sugar for 40 minutes after boiling.
