Couscous with spinach and mushrooms


Couscous with spinach and mushroomsCouscous has a delicate flavor and unique texture, it is a good substitute for rice or pasta and perfect garnish. It can be served cold or hot, you can add to salads or to use instead of bread crumbs to get a crisp.



Ingredients:


- 60 g couscous


- 100 -150 g of water


- 40 g frozen spinach


- 20 g onion


- 100 g mushrooms


- cherry tomatoes for decoration


- 10 g butter


- sesame oil


- vegetable oil


- Basil for decoration


spicy herbal salt





Method of preparation:


Water, bring to boil. Add butter, spicy salt and a little sesame oil for taste and smell. Pour in boiling water to couscous, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.




Mushrooms cut into slices.




Onion cut into small cubes.




Sauté onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add the spinach and fry for another 3-4 minutes.




Prepared couscous combine with other ingredients and warm.




For serving densely fill couscous a sundae dish with a conical bottom. To put it upside down in the center of a serving plate and carefully remove to form a "cone" of couscous. Decorate the dish with the tomatoes and Basil. The dish is ready! Bon appetit!
