Freedom neck!


Freedom neck! Before classes neck, instead of being extended, remove the clamps and to improve the supply of oxygen to the brain, to fall under the weight of the fill head knowledge. To make it easier to understand the information, let the neck!


1. Stand up straight, head in the midline.


2. Lift the shoulder to the ear. Put on his head.


3. Let your head move toward the median line and lower the shoulder. Chin down low enough and touches his chest. You feel the tension of the posterior cervical muscles. Mouth slightly ajar. Imagine that your head is heavy ball.


4. Slowly turn your head to the right and to the left. The maximum amplitude of rotation is not on the shoulder.


5. Make four or five passes from shoulder to shoulder. Not in a hurry. In areas of strong tension in the neck a little longer restrain the head in this position and breathe calmly and deeply.


6. Return to starting position. Slightly tilt your head back until mild tension of the neck muscles on the front. Don't forget to open your mouth.


7. Start slowly rotate your head from side to side. The amplitude of movements should be less than in p. 4.




This exercise helps to relax the Central nervous system and relieve muscle clips in the neck, shoulders, back. Helps to a better perception and information processing, improves math skills and reading skills.
