Participants
In the Competition can participate capable individuals of the female sex who are citizens of Ukraine who has attained 18 years of age (hereinafter - Participants).
The Contest period
The competition is held from 12 December 2011 to 31 December 2011 inclusive. All entries will be accepted from 12 December 2011 to 31 December 2011. The work received by the specified deadline, will be published upon receipt on the website in the category "Beauty" in a special section created for the contest "the Best idea of celebrating the New Year".
The Contest rules and the determination of winners
To participate in the Contest and get a chance to win a prize, a Participant shall have:
- Send Your interesting letter on the subject of new year e-mail wm@itop.net marked in the Subject field: the Competition "the Best idea of celebrating the New Year".
- The letter must specify the name and age, and contact phone number of the Participant.
The final decision on the placement of the contest work on the Website accepts version of the Website. Competitive job contrary, in the promoter's opinion, these Rules of Competition, contain advertising or are not relevant to the theme of the contest, as well as containing profanity will not be accepted to participate in the Contest without notice or explanation.
The winners will be 4 participants with the highest number of votes. In the case of a dispute, the right to make the final decision rests with the Organizer.
Competition is not a lottery.

The winners are determined by the editors of the site women.itop.net method of voting.
Prizes:

2. The winner of the second will receive

3. Finalist of the third stage is awarded -

4. The leader of the fourth stage will be the winner -
Toolkit on skin care products from the Romantique collection from Camay (involved a letter sent from 27 to 31 December)

The procedure and terms of get prizes
To send Prizes the Organiser will contact the appropriate Winner at the email address provided during registration on the Website.
To receive the Prize, the Winner must, within 10 working days after notification to him by the Organizer of the Prize to contact the Organizer.
The winners will receive the Prize personally after the Winner will be contacted by the Organizer within 10 days after receiving notice from the Organizer. (If the Winner is in another city, you may receive the prize by mail or courier service, paying the price for delivery of the prize).
In the case of non-compliance of the conditions of receiving the Prizes described above, the Winners are ineligible to receive them.
The obligation to pay taxes and duties established by the current legislation of Ukraine, is the person who receives the Prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged or in cash are not given.
