Beach diet, or How to keep the weight in the summerDuring the holidays we make our own feast, which will eventually affect our waist and hips. To avoid this, Women's Magazine recommends a simple, but effective rules.


1. Eat fruits and vegetables because they are rich in fiber, which is necessary for the normalization of the bowel. But animal proteins do not forget, after all, a complete rejection of them can affect your health. The fruit will be a great snack in between vegetable and fish-meat dishes.




2. Oatmeal, rich in vegetable proteins, nourishes and replenishes our energy faster than fats or carbohydrates.




3. Do not take food. In order for the body to soak in all minerals, drink half an hour before meals or an hour later.




4. Eat the brightly-lit place and without the company, because in subdued light, but with a pleasant and interesting interlocutor we eat die off than we need.
