Kefir diet is designed for excess weight loss up to 5 kg. There are several variants of this diet, which is virtually the same.
The first option: 1.5 liters of yogurt without sugar, drink it for 5-6 times in the same period of time.
The duration of this diet 3 days.
The second option
: 1.5 liters of yogurt without sugar, 0, 5-1 kg of sweet fruits and vegetables. Kefir should drink 6 times over the same intervals. Fruits and vegetables be consumed within an hour after ingestion of yogurt. The duration of this diet 3 days.
A third option: the first three days of drinking low-fat yogurt 1-1, 5 litres a day, after 3 days - apples 1-1.5 kg per day, following three days again kefir. The program duration is 9 days.
Fourth option:
1 day five boiled potatoes, a half liter of yogurt;
day 2 - 100 grams of boiled chicken, a half liter of yogurt;
day 3 - 100 grams of boiled meat, 1, 5 liters of yogurt;
day 4 - 100 grams of boiled fish, 1, 5 liters of yogurt;
day 5 - fruits and vegetables (except nutritious bananas and grapes), 1, 5 liters of yogurt;
day 6 - kefir;
day 7 - mineral water.
Nothing there in the days of kefir diet is impossible to cook and have no sugar and salt. Remember that nutrients, including protein, this diet is quite low, and this may weaken the immune system. But there is a definite "plus" of this diet: the body needs milk products because they contain calcium strengthens bones and teeth of the person.
