Cereal diet


Cereal dietThe cereal diet is considered the most humane: it is quite satisfying and psychologically comfortable. However, it has many limitations. During the week should refuse salt, butter, meat ( except poultry ), alcohol and sugar. Cereal diet lasts 7 days, after which you will lose 3 kg



Cereals and grains that can be eaten:


- millet;


- buckwheat;


brown and black (wild) rice;


- oats (not oatmeal! );


orange lentils.





Excluded:


- white rice;


- semolina;


- all the cereals in the form of flakes fast food.




All cereals are cooked in water without adding salt.




Menu cereal diet




Breakfast:


casserole of buckwheat and 1 egg, a Cup of broth hips or green tea;


porridge brown rice with dried apricots and prunes, a Cup of coffee;


buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and soy sauce, a glass of vegetable juice.


Lunch:


lentil soup, a slice of whole wheat bread, grilled chicken breast garnished with fresh tomatoes, a glass of vegetable juice;


chicken broth, seasoned rice or buckwheat, salad cheese, cucumbers and green onions with olive oil, a glass of vegetable juice;


soup oatmeal, potatoes and celery root, steak any marine fish with a side dish of green salad and cherry tomatoes, a Cup of decoction of dried fruit.


Afternoon:


toast of corn bread and cream cheese, a Cup of yogurt;


fritters chicken liver and buckwheat, a Cup of yogurt;


bar muesli with dried fruit, a glass of kefir.


Dinner:


boiled rice with shrimp and soy sauce, a Cup of herbal tea;


spaghetti from untreated flour with a sauce of olive oil, tomato sauce and garlic, herbal tea;


crumbly buckwheat, herbal tea.


After exiting the cereal diet to consolidate the results and keep the weight, use a diet with restriction of meat.
