French diet


French dietThe duration of the diet is 1 week.



Menu



1st day


Morning: the hard-boiled Egg, tea or coffee, fruit yoghurt.


Day: Vegetable salad with vegetable oil and lemon juice, beets stewed with prunes and carrots, Apple juice.


Evening: 100 grams of boiled chicken meat, 50 grams of cheese, 1 Cup of nonfat yogurt.





day 2


Morning: 1 orange, tea, 2 slices of bread with bran.


Day: 100 grams of salad from boiled shrimp with mayonnaise and dill, 100 grams of boiled veal or beef, plain yogurt.


Evening: 150 grams of boiled cauliflower in soy sauce, 1-on potatoes in their skins, tea and a piece of bread with bran.




day 3




Morning: tea or coffee with sweetener, a slice of lean ham, low fat cheese.


Day: salad of boiled mushrooms, boiled potatoes, stewed cabbage, topped with green onions, seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil and 2 kiwis.


Evening: Plain yogurt, 100 grams of steamed fish, 1 Cup of nonfat yogurt.





day 4


Morning: a little muesli with tomato juice, coffee without sugar (or sweetener), 1 banana.


Day: 1 egg, hard-boiled and 100 grams fried with onions perch fillets.


Evening: Vegetable salad with vegetable oil, 1 boiled potato, 1 slice of bread with bran, beans stew with parsley, tea without sugar.




day 5




Morning: plain yogurt, 1 hard-boiled egg, tea without sugar.


Day: 100 grams of boiled beets with olive oil, tomato juice, 100 grams of boiled rice with ketchup or soy sauce.


Evening: 100 grams fat-free cottage cheese, a piece of cheese, plain yogurt and a glass of warm milk.





day 6


Morning: a little bit of corn flakes with milk, plain yogurt, coffee without sugar.


Day: 1 egg, hard-boiled, 150 grams stewed beef liver, plain yogurt.


Evening: Salad of red cabbage with parsley and olive oil, a piece of bread with bran, tea without sugar, 2 kiwi.




day 7




Morning: 1 egg, hard-boiled, a piece of cheese, tea or coffee without sugar.


Day: salad with carrots and cabbage with vegetable oil and lemon juice, 100 grams of fried mushrooms, 100 grams of boiled rice, orange juice.


Evening: 50 grams kralovice sticks with lemon juice, 150 grams stewed beef liver and a glass of warm milk.




In the afternoon, to satisfy his hunger, drink a glass of any juice, herbal tea, or some broth.
