Roast goose with apples, hearty, delicious and very festive dish. What holiday is closest to us? Of course!! New year!

That take?




Gus - 1 piece




Raisins (seedless) - 4 tbsp.




Apples - 15-20 PCs




Sugar - 1 tbsp.




Olives - 10 PCs




Parsley




Salt - optional









As we prepare?


- goose RUB with salt inside and out.




- raisins soak.




- chopped pulp of apples mix with raisins and sugar.




- stuff the bird with Apple mixture, then either sew thread or fasten with toothpicks.




the goose laid on a baking sheet, add up to the same glass of water and cook until it is browned.




- flip the goose and cook on to browned and the second side. Reduce the heat and every 5-10 minutes pour poultry fat. In General, the preparation goose should take about 3 hours.
