Raspberry sorbet with mint


Raspberry sorbet with mintRaspberry is perfect for a delicious and refreshing sorbet without preservatives.



Ingredients:



- 500 g raspberries


- mint


- 125 g sugar


- 125 g water





Method of preparation:



Wash the mint leaves, drain and finely chop.


Mix sugar with water and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the mint syrup.


Wipe the raspberries through a sieve and mix it with syrup.


Place the sorbet in the freezer and after 1, 5 hours, stirring every half hour.
