Almost vegetarian jelly from Eating Blocking

Almost vegetarian jelly from Eating BlockingFor me cooking for Easter - it's an experience. When you will have the opportunity to try so many Goodies in one day and do not punish yourself. On this day, God himself commanded to eat the most delicious. Still remember the riot of smells in childhood before Easter. The day mom was cooking cakes, per day cooked jelly, in the evening we painted eggs, while in the oven languished pork. On Sunday morning, we met dad with cheers of "Christ is risen! " and sat down to be consecrated products.

Unfortunately, times have changed a bit and there is no possibility to cook in one day, so I suggest to prepare for this long-awaited event for the week. You probably think that this is unrealistic - products as spoiled? And who says that we are going to cook directly on the holiday itself, so far we only rehearse.

For me always one of the most simple dishes for Easter was jelly, and simply saying "jelly". The only difficulty in making - this is the time that you spend, and everything else is utter nonsense. But this being the last week before Easter, and it is known to be very strict, we will make vegetable "jelly". Although, maybe some of it will seem not so flavorful and nutritious, that it would not be the no less "cute" is definitely.

Ingredients:

- 1 carrot

- 100 g frozen green peas

- 100 g canned corn

- 2-3 sprigs parsley

- 2-3 sprigs of dill

- 1 pod of red pepper

- 3-4 eggs

1 litre vegetable or beef broth

- 20 g of gelatin granules

Method of preparation:

After reading the list of ingredients, you have probably guessed why our jelly I call "almost vegetarian". Of course, with a strong desire, you can substitute vegetable broth and eggs is simply not to put. But personally, I can't do it, who can - please - you card in hand.

To start brewed broth, I specifically wrote exactly how I cook the broth, because I think it's up to each family, and I have something to point here is not right.

Until the broth is cooking, wash and peel the carrots, and then through the nozzle for Korean carrot RUB it. Boil carrots should take no longer than 7 minutes after boiling.

Now, take the peas and put it in a colander, and then dip in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, after this time douse him with ice water.

Open a jar of corn and throw it on a sieve.

Chili peppers cut into rings.

Green wash, Pat dry and expand on twigs.

Boil eggs, peel them and cut in half.

Take ½ Cup of broth and dissolve gelatin in it, when gelatin swells, add it to the rest of the broth and stir thoroughly.

Now take the cake container with high sides, lay it beautifully vegetables and cover with broth.

When the mixture cools, dip for a few seconds to form in hot water, and then quickly turn on the dish.
