Strawberry dessert


Strawberry dessertThe first fruit of which appears in the spring on the table - strawberry.


Juicy, flavorful, delicious berry brings to the body the necessary vitamins, macro - and micronutrients, which he became poor for scarce winter and spring diet.


As well as on the shelves already appear berries (though not as tasty as from the garden) should be used. Therefore, Women's Magazine offers a new recipe strawberry dessert.


Ingredients:




- 125 g low fat yogurt


- 60 g cream 38 %


- 35 g sugar powder


10 grams of gelatin


- 200 g strawberries


- 3 tablespoons sugar


- orange peel





Method of preparation:


Pre-soaked gelatin to swell.




Then ground the strawberries with the sugar until the consistency of jam. And put the resulting mass in the pot on the fire. Bring to a boil. Add half of the gelatin.




When strawberry mass has cooled, spread the first layer in the bowl and put in the refrigerator.




Beat the cream with a part of powdered sugar. Separately, beat the yogurt with the rest of the powder.




The second half of the melted gelatin mixed with a teaspoon of yogurt and add the mixture with whipped yogurt. Then add to the yogurt whipped cream and mix until the consistency of sour cream.




Take out the bowl and put the second layer of the "yogurt" mixture. Put in the refrigerator.




When the second layer is frozen, put the third layer.




After complete solidification of the dessert, decorate it with strawberries and orange zest.
