Ingredients:
600 g fillet of cod or any other white fish
2 tbsp olive oil
1 peeled and chopped mango
1 chopped red onion
1 finely sliced and peeled cucumber
2 finely chopped red sweet pepper
2 tbsp of chopped parsley or coriander
2 tbsp lemon juice
200 g of salad
25 g butter
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Cod fillet cut into 4 pieces, each piece with salt and pepper on both sides.
Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
Onion, cucumber, red pepper and mango
fry in butter. Fish fry in olive oil for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of slice.
Put on a plate foxy lettuce, top with cooked fish, and fried fish fillets resulting "mix" of vegetables and mango.
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs chopped parsley or coriander.

The mixture of vegetables and mango
drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper.
That would not be characteristic of the "fish" smell, advise fillet wash, Pat dry and sprinkle with lemon juice.
