Cooking method
Garlic, peel, chop, mix in a bowl with the mustard, sugar, vinegar and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and let stand 15 minutes
Potatoes wash, boil "in uniform" until cooked. Cook hard boiled eggs, rinse with cold water and clean the shell. Green beans wash, put in a colander and put in 6 minutes in boiling water and then immediately shift into a bowl of ice water to cool; drain in a colander. White beans drain in a colander to drain all the liquid. Olives cut into rings.
Tuna remove from cans, mash with a fork on a fairly large chunks.
Salad to disassemble the leaves, wash and dry. Put the salad on the bottom of a large dish. Sprinkle two tablespoons of dressing.
