The name of this cocktail comes from the low German expression Kuddel-muddel. It is believed that eggnog was invented by the pastry chef Manfred Beckenbauer during experiments on the preservation of sweets, and a patent for its mass production has become one of the known food group for one and a half million marks.
But, having gone deep into the history, you can see that there is a legend which says that more than a hundred years ago invented the drink, the Cantor of the synagogue Gogel from Mogilev, which is due to the loss of votes lost their jobs.
