Pasta with pumpkin and pepper


Spicy dish that is not only pleasing to the taste, but also the visual receptors.


Pasta with pumpkin and pepper


This dish is perfect for a family Sunday lunch.


Ingredients:




pumpkin puree 200 g


pasta 400 g


cheese 100 g


salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste




Method of preparation:




To prepare pumpkin puree, peel and boil the pumpkin or bake, then grind in a blender. Add spices and salt.


Macaroni and boil until soft and mix with pumpkin puree.


Cheese grate.


Put the pasta with the sauce in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
