Ingredients:


- 1.5 kg chicken thighs fillets etc.)

- 50 g almonds


- 3 pinches ground coriander


- 50 g of chocolate (cocoa content 75%)


- 1 tsp. flour


- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


- 1 onion


- 2 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:


The wash chicken, Pat dry. Onions and garlic, peel and finely chop. Tomatoes, pour over boiling water, remove the skin. Cut each fruit into 4 pieces, remove the core and cut the pineapple flesh into cubes. Almonds grind into flour. Wash the peppers, remove seeds and finely chop. Chocolate to grate on a coarse grater. Tomatoes mixed with almonds and flour. Add the coriander and salt and mix. In a skillet heat the oil and fry the chicken on all sides for about 6 minutes. Put the chicken in the dish. Add to the skillet the onion, garlic, hot pepper and fry for 2 minutes. Return the chicken to the skillet, add the broth and simmer for 25 minutes. The chicken, remove from the saucepan and leave in a warm place. Add to the skillet tomatoes with spices, stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chocolate, whisking the sauce with a whisk. Put the chicken pieces on a dish, pour the sauce.
