Barley with mushroomsPeople often say that barley porridge difficult to cook. It is not so: the main thing is to soak the pearl barley in enough water for about three hours on the night. If you try the porridge will cook fairly quickly and will turn out soft and delicious. You can cook barley porridge broth, milk, or just water (only at the end, add a little butter).

Ingredients:


- 2 cups barley


- 4 cups water


- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


- 700 g champignons

Cooking method:


Cereal pour into a sieve and wash thoroughly in several waters. In a large saucepan, boil some water, put the top sieve with barley, cover and leave on medium heat for 20 minutes

Onion peel, chop and fry in hot vegetable oil, 4 minutes Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes




Put the barley, stir and immediately remove from heat.




Mushroom broth, bring to boil, add soy sauce and barley with mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer on low heat 1 hour. This can be done in the oven.
