Business etiquette
Adhering to the simple rules of business etiquette, you make life easier not only for yourself but also for your colleagues.
- Choose the time for business calls. Remember, whether it's a colleague or potential client - we are all people. So, it is best to avoid calls to 10:00 and after 22:00 PM to 12:00 Monday and after 14:00 on Friday, in the first and last hour of the working day;
- Making a work call, clearly draw the conversation scenario in my head: issues, goals, what results you want to achieve the conversation. Appreciate your time and theirs;
- Don't forget to greet the speaker. To be polite is not so difficult;
- Contact name and patronymic;

Mobile etiquette
The mobile phone has become an integral part of our lives, but, unfortunately, many of us forget about the basic rules of using this means of communication.
- In a public place to reduce the volume of the voice and avoid conversations on personal themes. Others are not interested in your problems;
- Make sure that during the call, the distance from you to the nearest person was at least three meters. Crowded room, hall is not a place for conversation on a mobile phone;
Calls to colleagues without extreme necessity weekend is invalid.
Calls to a landline or mobile phone before 8:00 and after 22:00 are considered bad form. Also, making calls to other countries, consider the time difference;
- Don't forget the greeting and farewell. Friends and relatives require the same respect as colleagues;
