the 20th century was a revolutionary in the field of cosmetology. The international Committee of aesthetics and cosmetology, CIDESCO took the initiative of establishing an International day of beauty (International Beauty Day).
The international Committee of aesthetics and cosmetology, CIDESCO (CIDESCO-Comité International D Esthétique Et De Cosmétologie) is the main international Association of beauty therapy in the world, was founded in Brussels in 1946 and since then has been formed by thousands of physicians worldwide, thanks to the work of 33 branches in many countries.
Since 1995 this day in the world especially welcome all the beautiful, beautiful that delivers aesthetic and moral pleasure. So many cities and countries, 9 September universally held beauty contests.
The first ever beauty contest was held in Belgium in September 1888, and the first beauty contest "Miss World" was held in London in April 1951.
