Like every diet, shlakovyvodyaschego, there is a rule: the alternation of dry and drinking days. For drinks, we recommend you water, vegetable and fruit juices, herbal or regular tea.

Day 2
Only juice (vegetable or fruit), water, herbal tea.
Day 3
Morningimmediately after sleep, drink a glass of water with lemon juice or green tea, or herbal decoction of mint.
Breakfast: the portion of muesli without sugar with skim milk; fruit.
Lunch: vegetable soup; the portion of lettuce; 50 - 100 grams of spaghetti or buckwheat; dessert - fruit.
Dinner: the portion of beans; salad of fresh vegetables; fruits (or: potatoes, boiled in their jackets; a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers; the fruit).
Day 4
Only juice, water, tea.
