Rules for preparing the baby for vaccination

Rules for preparing the baby for vaccinationTo minimize the effects of vaccination, need to know a few rules of preparation of the child.

Namely:

- clear reception of all medicinal and prophylactic medications (including vitamin D3) for a couple of days prior to vaccination. To resume their use will be 3-5 days after vaccination;

- the baby should feed at least one hour before inoculation and no earlier than 2-3 hours. This will eliminate the burden on the gastrointestinal tract of the child and thereby relieve the load from vaccinations;

- no need to overfeed the baby the day before vaccination, on the day of vaccination and the day after it. Don't let heavy and trudnousvoyaemoe food these days and do not feed the child by force, if his appetite after vaccination somewhat weakened;

- if vaccination occurs during complementary feeding, postpone adding new products in the diet of the baby for a few days, and limit the addition of new products in your diet if breastfeeding;

- a few days before inoculation try not to visit with the child in places where it is very crowded. This applies to public transport, shops, markets, etc.;

it is very important that the child was perfectly healthy at the time of vaccination. If there is the slightest suspicion, notify your pediatrician and set vaccinated for another time;

- don't go away from the clinic at least 30 minutes after vaccination or walk this time in the fresh air near medical facilities;

- do not bathe the baby on the day of vaccination, so that the body is not overcooled. Put the dip on the next day;

Vaccination may not protect 100% against infectious diseases, but, to the extent possible, minimizes the risk of disease and severe complications. It is of great importance for children in the first year of life, as their immune system is still too weak. And in the case of disease, the disease will occur in a lighter form.
