Grill destroys the skin and causes premature aging! Scientists have found that food cooked on the grill, provokes skin aging and wrinkles. " Accelerated glycosylation is the reaction between carbohydrates (sugar and starch), proteins or fats at high temperatures," said Dr. Anastasia Calea from University College in London.


According to the expert, dry heat when frying produces much more dangerous compounds AGE than boiling or cooking for a couple.


For example, the contents of AGE in a piece of chicken, cooked in the microwave, doubled, and when frying almost four times.
