This time Alain Rossoshinsky shows a set of exercises for flexible and beautiful neck. They are important to do, because whatever manicured your face, the poor condition of the neck - horizontal "grooves", sagging skin, grey - will display your real age and negate all efforts to restore the beauty on the face. In addition, these exercises are a great prevention of cervical degenerative disc disease, which are well familiar with most of the leading sedentary lifestyles.

1. Tilts back and forth

2. Tilts left and right

The head should push only its own weight, any additional effort. Then slowly return your head to its original position and repeat the exercise for the right side. Perform 3 times in each direction, staying in the position for 10-15 seconds.
3. Turns left and right
Sitting straight, slowly turn your head left and right a few times, holding it for 10-15 seconds in the limiting position, and quite a bit straining.
Each exercise has to reach at a comfortable point, focus on the sensations, and then a little more to strengthen the movement in that direction.
Exercises on resistance: lead your neck in tone
Starting position: sitting, laying his palm on his forehead. Tilting the head forward, simultaneously press the palms on the forehead, counteracting the movement of the head, about 10 seconds, then rest for the same amount of time. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
Regularly performing this exercise, even sitting in front of computer or TV, you will strengthen weak muscles in the front of the neck.
Starting position: sitting, laying one hand on the head of his temple. Tilting his head to the side, at the same time to put pressure on her palm, counteracting the movement of the head for about 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat 10 times. Repeat with the other hand.
This exercise strengthens the lateral muscles of the neck.
Fold hands locking behind his neck. Try to lean your head back, resisting the hands for 10 seconds. Relax. Repeat the exercise 10 times.
