Ingredients:
- 12 chicken wings (upper part)
- 1-2 tbsp flour
3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 small sprigs of thyme
- 2 medium onions
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika (sweet paprika powder)
- 150-170 ml white wine
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil (olive)
- salt, pepper, parsley
Method of preparation:
Mix the flour with the salt. Roll wings in flour. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp. oil and fry the wings until Golden brown on all sides until almost cooked. Put wings in a large skillet in a single row. Cut the onion half rings and garlic slices.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the onion, garlic, Bay leaf and thyme. Stirring occasionally, to hold in the heat, until the onion is transparent, add the paprika and stir well.
Without removing from heat, add the wine, reduce the heat and let gently simmer for 5 minutes, add the honey, salt and pepper, mix well and pour the sauce on the wings.
Cover the pan with wings cover and let stand for 30 - 40 minutes.
Put the pan with wings on fire, after boiling, reduce the heat and put out for 10-15 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
