Cake with raspberries and almonds


Cake with raspberries and almondsA delicious cake for cooking which doesn't need an oven.



Ingredients:


- 400 g cheese


- 150 ml sour cream


- 250 g cream cheese


- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar


- 1 Cup sugar


- 7 g gelatin


- 125 ml fattest cream


- 300 g of raspberries


- 1 tablespoon cornstarch


- 30 g of black chocolate


- 3 tablespoons butter


- 1, 5 tbsp. peeled almonds


- almond flakes

Method of preparation:


Put the almonds in a blender and turn it into flour, meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter, put down nut "flour and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.




Until nut mixture is hot, add the chocolate, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar, stir until the chocolate has melted.




Take a baking dish, pour down chocolate-almond mixture. Send mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to "cake" moment.




Pour gelatin 2 tablespoons water and leave to swell minutes 20-30 minutes




Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla sugar. Gelatin is put in a water bath, so he dissolved, and then add to cheese mixture. Whisk in cream a rich lather and gently combine with cheese.
