Myth 2. People work because they get pleasure from it

Myth 3. We work because without the work of boring
Partly true. If a person has nothing to do, then he gets bored.

There are many other opportunities to read books, surf the Internet, play cooking or sewing, to communicate, to twist novels, travel, finally! You will not be responsible for your Affairs. No hassle with superiors, colleagues, clients - nothing! You can find a lot of activities that will bring you joy! So why do we still seek in a dull office with his routine? So bored nothing to do with it?

1. Fear of the future
Today you have the income, and tomorrow will not be. The official work experience is, taxes are paid to the pension Fund. Man is confident in his future - at least that old age will get at least a tiny pension. For this purpose they can sit through long hours in the office, to spend on their strength and energy.
2. The desire for self-realization
This realization may be different. Someone wants to prove to himself and others that can make a career, to earn a lot. Someone draws power. Hence, this work warms his soul, increases self-esteem. It can be not a high salary or management position, but something completely different. Just something to meet your internal needs.
3. Communication
Sadly, but communication to us in everyday life can not miss. Or it is not of that quality. Than to sit at home, like owl, or sobachatina with mother retired, it is better to spend eight hours a day at work where you can discuss the latest news, play teas, to participate in office politics and get their adrenaline from the official rush...
4. At work we feel need
