French cuisine: chicken soup


Chicken broth is one of the most effective warming of funds during winter. Often, however, except for the broth, I want something more substantial. We offer you a stunning first course, which will warm and will keep the stomach healthy:)

That will take?



2 boiled egg yolks


40 g white bread without crust


750 ml chicken broth


100 g mushrooms


half bunch of parsley


30 g butter


2 chicken fillet


130 ml cream


salt, pepper


pinch of nutmeg





As cook?



Chopped bread to put in half of the broth and bring to a boil. Mushrooms and parsley chopped.


Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the fillets. Add the mushrooms, add a little chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes.


Then the meat, mushrooms, bread and broth, parsley and egg yolks in a blender, pour into a saucepan and add the rest of the heated broth and cream. Add salt, pepper, add the nutmeg.
