July 1, the Day of architecture of Ukraine - national professional holiday, Ukrainian architects and lovers of architectural masterpieces of the country.
Officially, the festival has emerged in 1995 "in support of the initiative of architects and town planners, creative unions, workers project organizations and local government planning and architecture".
Recall that earlier world Day of architecture also mentioned the 1st of July, but later, the holiday was moved. In Ukraine, the holiday is not carried as Ukrainian architecture, with all its sights, it deserves its own holiday.
