Homemade oatmeal cookies

Biscuits, which is in great demand in both children and adults. As it turned out cooking this delicacy will not be any great difficulty, no impact on the budget.

What will it take?

175 g of wheat flour
75 g of oat flakes (very thin, for example, Bruggen)

85 g butter

175 g sugar

10 g vanilla sugar

25 g raisins

a handful of nuts (walnuts + salted sunflower seeds, almonds + hazelnut)

½ Tsp. cinnamon

⅓ Tsp. salt

⅓ Tsp. soda

50 ml of water

As we shall mix?

Raisins chop until fine crumbs. Mix in the bowl of a blender with the oil, sugar (plain and vanilla), cinnamon and mix well. Add oatmeal, roughly chopped nuts and warm water with dissolved salt. Mix with oil-raisin mixture. Add wheat flour and soda and mix. If the dough is turned out dry - add a little more water. Sculpt the dough into a uniform ball and put it on thick with female style. Roll with a thickness of 5 mm cut out cookies with a round shape (you can use an inverted glass or Cup). Bake 12-15 minutes at C, expanding biscuits at a distance of 1 cm from each other.
