Ingredients:

-small chopped zucchini (you can also use zucchini) 4

-cream cheese, butter, 2 packages of 100 g

Method of preparation:






1. Heat in a pan the butter and saute the vegetables: first the onion and garlic, then add the potatoes, in the end zucchini or zucchini. Fry for 2-3 minutes until they become soft.








2. Move the vegetables in the preheated pan and pour the hot broth. Stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are ready. Season to taste.








3. Add 2 packages of 100 g of processed cheese "Fun Corvo", cream, stir. Let cool slightly so that the greens are cooked, and add the greens. Whisk the soup with a blender until smooth. The soup in bowls and drizzle with olive oil and garnish with Basil leaves and parsley.
