Weekly diet


Weekly dietObserving the diet for seven days, you can lose up to 7 kg and restore metabolism. Need to eat 5 times a day.



Monday


Breakfast

: salad 150 g milk 100 g butter 10 g bread with bran - 30 g

Lunch: cottage cheese (low-fat), 100 g, black bread - 30 g

Lunch: soup without meat 250 g cabbage salad - 150 g bread with bran - 30 g

Afternoon tea: boiled fish 150 g, black bread 20 g

Dinner: buckwheat - 100 g milk 100 g, black bread 20 g



Tuesday



Breakfast: A hard-boiled egg - 1 piece, tomato salad and cucumber - 130 g butter - 10 g bread with bran - 20

Lunch: milk 100 g, black bread 30 g

Lunch: soup without meat - 200 g boiled meat (beef) - 100 g, salad - 150 g, black bread - 30 g

Afternoon tea: low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g

Dinner: cabbage salad without sunflower oil - 140g, yogurt - 200 g bread with bran 30 g

Arrange a fasting day. Calorie intake should not exceed more than 600 calories.




P.S.
