More than half of humanity does not know how to brush your teeth

California doctors came to the conclusion that almost 70% of the world's population does not know how to correctly brush your teeth. And because of this, one in ten people on Earth suffer from Tartar.


After these findings, the doctors globally have taken up the problems of the teeth and reminded that for the proper cleansing of the teeth you want to keep your brush at a 45 degree angle. Doctors advise not to do while brushing your teeth sharp movements, and not to put pressure on the gums. The rear surface of the teeth should be cleaned, vertically holding the brush. The procedure should last 2-3 minutes. And the brush should be changed at least once in two months and always after people have had a cold.
