Striped Easter
The set of products for baking:
market cheese - 700 g
cream with a fat content of 35% - 500 ml
dark chocolate - 200 g
butter - 100 g
sugar - 5 tbsp
walnuts - 200 g
fresh berries for decoration
Method of preparation:
First.
Chocolate to break into pieces, place in ovenproof bowl, pour 100 ml of cream and put in a water bath. Cook, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Allow to cool. Walnuts are chopped with a knife.
Second.
The remaining whip the cream in a solid foam. Curds through a sieve and divide into 2 parts.
Third
Butter to soften to room temperature. In one part of the cheese add 2/3 of the whipped cream, half butter and 3 tbsp of icing sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth and combine with half of the chopped nuts. The second part of the curd to put the chocolate and remaining butter, cream and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly, add the remaining nuts.
