Dish RATATOUILLE. Vegetable dish before Easter.


The set of products


pepper - 3 PCs (large);


zucchini - 2-3 pieces (small);


onions - 2 PCs;


garlic - 3 cloves ;


eggplant - 2-3 pieces;


olive oil - 6 tbsp;


thyme and Basil 1 sprig;


tomatoes - 5 PCs;


parsley - to taste.

Eggplant cut lengthwise into four pieces, then cut into large cubes.


Peppers washed, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and chop large strips. You can cut and rings, but the strips easier to pry the fork.
