Women's restlessness ends in 35 years


As shown by a study conducted in Britain, for women the most stressful period in the life of the age is between 24 and 34 years.

At this age women, as a rule, rise up the career ladder, while educating young children and performing household duties, as the result of experiencing a lot of pressure and subjecting yourself to stress. Moreover, during the year the fair half of mankind are subjected to stress about 208 times.


Women, as a rule, more and more frequently (more than five times per week) than men to suffer from anxiety attacks. Men feel the tension in average four times a week, and experience it is easier and faster. Moreover, one in four women in this age notes that it is psychologically overloaded eight or more times a week. It should be noted that the causes of stress are often identical for both sexes.


Four out of ten respondents fear that will not be able to meet its financial obligations. 30 percent are afraid of not be able to fulfill their duties. 22 percent are concerned about maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. 12 percent worried about making key decisions about the future of their children. Women are more concerned about household chores and responsibilities, and men think more about the operation.
