Roast pork with potatoes


Most men are very sensitive to the meat. In their case, not the bread around the head, and just meat. Cook a delicious dinner with pork meat, not only will you satisfy him, but will please his taste buds.


Roast pork with potatoes




For food we will need:



4 servings


1, 5 kg of pork ribs.


1, 5 kg of potatoes.


Salt, chilli powder to taste, you can add hops suneli, dried Basil, mustard.


Greens, parsley and cilantro, onion for decoration.




The cooking process:



Cut the meat into pieces of medium size, season with salt, pepper, Basil and mustard, mustard somewhere one teaspoon. The mustard gives the pork juicy and makes it softer. Mix well and leave on how the watch at night. Peel the potatoes cut into large chunks and boil until semi tender in salted water. Drain the water to grease the pan with sunflower oil, put the potatoes and meat. Put in the oven on medium heat.
