Seven-day menu of Czech nutritionist Dr. Horváth, which may well become your regular diet. Such a diet is easy to follow for a long time. Extra pounds go away gradually, resulting in a more stable result.
First day
1st Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, tea or black coffee without sugar, 1 biscuit.
2-nd Breakfast: 100 g of apples.
Lunch: 130g lean boiled beef, 100 g of boiled potatoes with salt (without fat), 200 g of salad made of raw vegetables, black coffee, mineral water.
Afternoon tea: tea, 100 g of fruit.
Dinner: 80 g lean ham, 1 egg, 100 g of vegetables, 10 g butter, juice.
Second day
1st Breakfast: a Cup of tea without sugar, one biscuit.
2-nd Breakfast: 200 g of carrot salad.
Lunch: 50 g of stewed beef, 150 g of melon, 100 g of potato, mineral water.
Afternoon tea: coffee with milk without sugar.
Dinner: 150 g baked fish fillet, 150 g spinach, mineral water.
The third day
1st Breakfast: 30 g ham, 20 g of crackers, tea without sugar.
2-nd Breakfast: 150 g of grapefruit.
Lunch: 150 g of meat with carrots and potatoes ( 200 g ).
Afternoon tea: a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: potatoes with cottage cheese (100 g potatoes 50 g of cheese), mineral water.
The fourth day
1st Breakfast
: 50 g cream cheese, 30 g of bread, a Cup of tea without sugar.
2-nd Breakfast: 150g orange.
Lunch: 150g chicken, 100g of potatoes, 150 g cucumber salad.
Afternoon tea: 150 g of apples.
Dinner: egg omelet with ham (2 eggs, 30 g of ham), 150 g of salad made of tomatoes, juice.
The fifth day
1st Breakfast
: 100g cottage cheese, 30 g of bread, a glass of tea without sugar.
2-nd Breakfast: 100 g of berries or fruit.
Lunch: 150 g of boiled meat, 100 grams of potatoes, a glass of juice.
Afternoon tea: a glass of kefir.
Dinner: vegetable salad, juice or mineral water.
The sixth day
1st Breakfast: watermelon or apples.
2-nd Breakfast: 200 g of carrot salad.
Lunch: 100 grams of veal with sauce, 100 g of potato, 50 g cabbage salad.
Afternoon tea: 50 grams of radish.
Dinner: mushrooms (100 g) with egg, cucumber salad, mineral water.
Seventh day
1st Breakfast: 50g cottage cheese, 20 g of crackers, a glass of tea without sugar.
2-nd Breakfast: a glass of milk.
Lunch: 150 g fried pork, 100 g of potatoes, 100 grams of various vegetables.
Afternoon tea: coffee with milk, 200 g baked beans, mineral water.
Dinner: a glass of buttermilk biscuits.
