Scrambled eggs with salmon


Scrambled eggs with salmonA hearty and delicious Breakfast in a hurry.


Ingredients:


- 200 gr. salmon fillet


- 6 eggs


- dill, parsley


- seeds of cumin and linen


- Sol


- pepper


- sour


- butter


Method of preparation:


Cut salmon into cubes, 0, 5-1 cm. Salmon should pepper, salt, sprinkle with cumin, flax and herbs of your choice. Then take the eggs and beat them with a whisk. Mix eggs and salmon in the same container, and then pour into the pan with preheated olive oil. The omelet can be served with sauce: sour cream + fresh herbs.
