Emergency diet


Emergency dietThe energy capacity of the diet of 1300 calories.


Basic rules: drink as much as you like simple and mineral water, but the quantity of skim milk to your tea or coffee should not exceed 250 ml. Each time you sit at the table, try to eat a big salad - cook it from celery, lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, apples, bean pods, corn kernels and tomatoes. Breakfast

Dinner

with one of the following additives:


- 100 g shrimp with tomatoes and garlic;


- 50 g low-fat boiled chicken in mushroom sauce with lemon juice;


- 50 g chopped ham with tomatoes and garlic.





Dessert


one banana or two small Apple.





What can you do to pamper yourself during the day (alternate):


- a large glass of dry wine and a little dry biscuit;


one banana and one small pear;


- two slices of bran bread and salad;


- one small Mars bar or Snickers".




Penalties




The number of burnt calories:
