Chicken with broccoli and mushrooms in a pitaOffer a new variation on the theme of food, wrapped in pita bread. Cook chicken with broccoli and mushrooms in a pita.


Ingredients:




- 2 heads broccoli (about 700 g in the amount, you can use frozen)


- 5-6 chicken thighs without skin and bones


- 200 g mushrooms


- 100 g of cheese (for example, "Russian")


- 2-3 cloves of garlic


- 6 thin pitas about 35-40 cm in diameter


- salt and pepper to taste





Method of preparation:


Broccoli parsed into small florets. Boil until soft crisp in salted water for 3-4 minutes per game. Mushrooms cut into slices. Fry, stirring occasionally, in vegetable oil until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Chicken salt, pepper and fry until tender on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Allow to cool slightly, cut into small pieces.




Mix in a bowl broccoli, chicken, mushrooms and grated cheese. Add finely chopped garlic and salt to taste. Spread the mixture on pita wrap.


Put in a baking dish and sent in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake until the rolls are not warmed up, and the pita bread is Golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
